Ok this is it. Last assignment for this class. I think i've grown a lot as a photographer in this class's time frame. And I still have a long way to go. But it's been very fun. Hre are some photo's from the assignment.
Today I went out to Lake Merrit with Amy & Jesse to shoot photos. I had a great time and it re-opened a slot in photography that I have some what lost a "comfort" with. So it was a great experience. Jesse & Amy saw things that I would've totally passed up if they weren't there to point them out. In the end I didn't take as many photos as I would have liked, but o well, there's always a next time.
I came into this project not wanting anything to do with it. Ended up getting ready for shcool with nothing to scan then found a piece of cardboard and just ran from it from there. Ended up enjoying the project a lot. First time really doing this type of stuff and was pretty fun. My design is kinda cliche but i'm happy with it.
Did 2 days of shooting. One day I set up lights n all that and just shot myself with different colors. Took the idea from the examples we saw in class. The rest of the shoot was just around shooting shadows and contrast and used bracketing.
I just finished it.. well doing the contact sheet I mean. Wasn't the most exciting thing to be doing, but it is better than doing math homework. Pillow fight tommorow in SF. Should be a good photo-op.
This is my shot for assignment #1 (Self-Portrait). Shot this in my living room. I shot at a focal length of 100mm and usually at F/8 , 1/250 and used 2 strobes. I also made a mess on the floor.
Hello. This is Jorgando Diaglo, the lone ranger from the 17th atoll in the great outer atoll reef, distanced 20 knoticle miles from the 8th atoll on the equiatic plate in the pacific ocean. I moved far away from the mainland many moons ago and now spend my days underneath the coconut tree.
